Wesley Graves – Designer
With more than 25 years of experience in outdoor living, pool design, landscape construction, and client-focused project planning, Wesley brings a creative and practical approach to every project. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking, he has a unique ability to see possibilities where others may see limitations.
Wesley’s design philosophy starts with listening. He believes the best outdoor spaces begin with understanding how each family lives, entertains, relaxes, and spends time together. By balancing beauty, function, budget, and constructability, he creates designs that feel personal, timeless, and built for everyday life.
Whether designing a custom pool, reimagining an entire backyard, or solving a complex design challenge, Wesley is passionate about helping clients turn their vision into an outdoor space where lasting memories are made.
Ira Wilson – Designer
Ira’s career in design began the moment he picked up a crayon… and promptly started drawing on his mother’s walls. After a few “creative” masterpieces, his mom decided to limit Ira’s artistic expression to just his own room. Good thing she did, because he’s never stopped!
From those early days of “wall art” to studying stage and lighting design in college, Ira developed a unique skill set that now shapes stunning, functional outdoor spaces.
Ira’s design philosophy revolves around creating spaces that don’t just shout for attention—they invite life to unfold naturally within them. He applies his background in stage and lighting design to transform backyards into immersive environments, where every detail serves a purpose in telling a visual story. His designs aren’t just places to swim—they’re places to live, relax, and create memories.
When Ira’s not sketching out your dream pool, you can find him mixing mocktails for his friends, cooking for his family, or playing guitar at church. And yes, he’s still got a thing for walls—only now he designs them for you!
Clay Wager – Designer
With an upbringing around construction and a creative background that drives a unique design approach, Clay has spent his career pushing boundaries in design. His passion is creating innovative, designs that go beyond “dropping a pool in a backyard.” His focus is on extending the home and shaping spaces that enhance and support his clients’ lifestyles in ways they may not know is possible.
As your designer, he takes pride in being involved in the design, planning, and build process of your entire project, ensuring that every detail—from concept to completion—is executed in the way you envision it.
His approach blends modern design with an appreciation for all styles, allowing him to put a fresh spin on traditional ideas while tailoring each project to his clients’ unique vision. He believes the best designs come from truly understanding what’s most important to his clients while introducing new ideas that his clients may not know are possible. The result? Spaces that are not just functional, but transformative— creating an at-home experience that is as stunning as it is seamless.
When Clay is not designing outdoor spaces or working with clients, he enjoys golf, music production, and most importantly-spending time with the family he and his wife have built.
