We would highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis. Bo and Charles were fantastic to work with; from design to install, the process was seamless. They were extremely accommodating in terms of working with us on the timing of the install of our front and backyard landscaping. They were very responsive to all my questions. The overall experience was just great. Could not have made a better choice in selecting a landscape company to work with. It is very clear they care about customer service. We will definitely use Texas Outdoor Oasis for any future landscape needs.

We had a great experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis! We screened in our current patio, added a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, and also added trees.In the patio and landscaping design process, Courtney and Bo designed exactly what we wanted. They listened to our ideas and provided genuine feedback on what materials would be both functional and attractive in the space.During the construction process, Charles was communicative, and the team completed tasks quickly. They finished the project earlier than expected!If we have another outdoor project, we will definitely use them again! We have already recommended them to one of our neighbors!

Working with TOO was an absolute dream! Kurt was amazing to work with and respected our budget while giving us design options to customize our vision. Thanks to Brandon, construction was easy as the timeline given was adhered to and the final design was exactly what was rendered.The best part of this project was working with the landscaping genius, Bo. He took a very basic vision and was able to offer multiple ideas and put them into a cohesive design for our back and front yard projects. His knowledge of landscaping extends past the basic TX landscape or standard designs you see everywhere. He really creates one of a kind designs that elevate your outdoor spaces and maximize enjoyment with function and maintenance needs in mind. We love our pool, but the landscape aspect of this project is the real diamond.

The TOO team did a great job working with us through the design process of a new outdoor living area. Being able to visualize a 3D design with some small upfront cost was definitely worth it. The construction team and subcontractors delivered the product as expected. They provided some value added minor changes to the design. Everything was well documented and there were no change orders for us to fend with.

We had a bunch of pool quotes and selected Texas Outdoor Oasis because of the attention to detail and the quality. The quote was comparable to other builders and we felt good about choosing this company. We just started the process and so I'll keep updating but so far we are happy with our choice. Great communication with our PM so far as we start the build for our pool and patio.Kurt was professional, awesome to work with and patient with a redesign when we changed our mind to move from a modern design to a more natural look. He guided everything based on our preferences and offered cool design ideas based on our concerns. When selecting colors, he gave us an idea of the look and feel through images and also his design recommendations on what looks good together. We told him our non- negotiables: a lot of patio space and benches in the deep end. We also played around with water features and loved the idea of a rock waterfall.Update 4/2023. Pool is built WAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! Even with the weather delays it was 7 weeks start to finish! Periodic updates from our PM throughout so we knew what to expect for the next step. When approached about a concern, they were resolved right away (ex: I wanted tiles to face a certain way, it was changed the very next day). When things happened (ex, inspector on site) he was here right away. He explained what and why of decisions and also when to expect people.April 21: Pool school was today with Adrian. He was thorough, answered all questions today (and all week as we had them he was patient and helpful to try and get us answers). He was awesome to work with and even though we are planning to have someone come and help with maintenance for a while, he gave us tips for things to know if/when we decide to take it on ourselves.Getting a pool was a big decision for us. We are so very happy with the pool and all stages of the process. I highly recommend this company for quality work.

Overall, the experience was Fantastic! Our design process began with Jimmy; he was professional, responsive, and courteous. He responded to our emails timely and was patient with our design ideas. Charles oversaw the construction of our patio extension and was very knowledgeable. He kept us informed with progress updates, ensured materials were available, and we appreciate the hands-on approach. Brad provided valuable insight with gutter placement and painting changes. The construction crews were awesome; the framers, roofers, floor installers, stoneworkers, and gutter guy are TRUE craftsmen and we are detailed oriented bunch. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with our experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis in general and Aaron Purser specifically. We contacted 3 companies to obtain estimates for long overdue new pool coping, retiling, and resurfacing. We chose TOA because of its competitive pricing and Aaron. During the estimate process, Aaron listened and was extremely flexible and insightful to meet our goals and budget. As we chose coping, tile, and plaster, he again listened, as well as helped us pick the perfect combination based on his experience of what looks great together. His goal was clearly to have the best end result for us as far as esthetics and price. Not once did he try to upsell or push us beyond our budget. During the build, he was very clear and continuity communicative. Overseeing the entire process, he made sure modifications were done that were not obvious to me, and ultimately made sure the end result was great looking and of high quality. Even after the project was completed (and bill was fully paid), he has followed up quickly and even come out as a couple questions about the natural stone arose. He even did additional concrete and skimmer work at no additional cost. Again, this was AFTER they were fully paid! Aaron is awesome at his job and an awesome person. Texas Outdoor Oasis has a customer for life.
