The final price of a custom pool is highly variable and primarily influenced by these major factors: pool size and depth, material selections, and site conditions. Larger and deeper pools require significantly more excavation, more materials and longer labor time, directly increasing the cost. Your selection of interior finish, the type of coping/tile, and the quality of decking (e.g., concrete vs. travertine pavers) will heavily impact the final budget. And finally, conditions on site such as rocky soil removal, steep slopes that require retaining walls, or difficult access that may prevent heavy machinery from being used, can all contribute to increased costs. Salt is easier on chemical maintenance, it is cheaper and needs less attention overall as well as being good for your eyes and skin. However it will cost more upfront for salt cells, and it is highly corrosive to plants and stone, which will mean you will need to repair your pool more often.

Chlorine has less cost upfront and it uses less electricity than salt. However you will spend more in the long run on chemical maintenance, it is harsher on your skin, eyes, and bathing suits, and the chlorine will rust metal if it is not stored properly.

Yes. Typically there is up to a 3 year manufacturer warranty on pool pumps and other equipment, as long as any damage is not caused by abuse or misuse.

The City: Yes. Our project designers draft and submit plans, and periodically check on the permit review process. We’ll relay any details that need further explanation to ensure the city plan reviewer fully understands the scope and requirements of your project.

HOAs: No. Homeowners will deal directly with their HOAs (if applicable), but we’ll provide drawings for submission to your HOA. Should the HOA have any follow-up questions or requests, we will work with you on any further clarifications that are needed about the project.

In North Texas, pools can be installed all year round. For the longest swim season, we recommend a winter pool installation so that your pool is ready for the warm spring and summer months!
