Customer service was very obviously a first priority for this team as they always put our needs first when building our outdoor kitchen. Very happy with they end product and would be willing to work with them again. Ask for Courtney, Charles and Brad to be your core team and they won’t disappoint.
I want to give a shout out to Texas Outdoor Oasis for doing a fantastic job across the board! From concept, to design, to construction, to Oasis; Thank you Kurt, Aaron, Casey and Brandon for doing an outstanding job and professionalism. You made the experience worthwhile and we absolutely love our new backyard. Thank you!I dont give reviews so when I do take heed! Im not an easy customer to work with either, I have extremely high standards and will critique everything. The team from TOO was extremely professional from the beginning, they were attentive and addressed every question/concern I had along the way. Their design was perfect for our yard and they brought it to life in a timely manner within budget. I highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis in fact, I only recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis!
We had a bunch of pool quotes and selected Texas Outdoor Oasis because of the attention to detail and the quality. The quote was comparable to other builders and we felt good about choosing this company. We just started the process and so I'll keep updating but so far we are happy with our choice. Great communication so far as we start the build for our pool and patio.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Patio design gave us exactly what we were looking for, at an excellent price, and all without sacrificing quality of materials or craftsmanship. Very pleased with the level of communication and willingness to adjust on the fly during project construction based on our feedback. Looking forward to using Texas Outdoor Oasis on our next project and highly recommend to others.
Overall, the experience was Fantastic! Our design process began with Jimmy; he was professional, responsive, and courteous. He responded to our emails timely and was patient with our design ideas. Charles oversaw the construction of our patio extension and was very knowledgeable. He kept us informed with progress updates, ensured materials were available, and we appreciate the hands-on approach. Brad provided valuable insight with gutter placement and painting changes. The construction crews were awesome; the framers, roofers, floor installers, stoneworkers, and gutter guy are TRUE craftsmen and we are detailed oriented bunch. We highly recommend the team at Texas Outdoor Oasis and plan to use them again for our future outdoor improvements.
From the beginning to the finished product, it was all OUTSTANDING. Thanks to Courtney, Charles, Brad and the Carpentry/Electrical/Gutter team for doing this amazing job on our patio cover. We are truly appreciative of their efforts to bring our vision to fruition.
I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with our experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis in general and Aaron Purser specifically. We contacted 3 companies to obtain estimates for long overdue new pool coping, retiling, and resurfacing. We chose TOA because of its competitive pricing and Aaron. During the estimate process, Aaron listened and was extremely flexible and insightful to meet our goals and budget. As we chose coping, tile, and plaster, he again listened, as well as helped us pick the perfect combination based on his experience of what looks great together. His goal was clearly to have the best end result for us as far as esthetics and price. Not once did he try to upsell or push us beyond our budget. During the build, he was very clear and continuity communicative. Overseeing the entire process, he made sure modifications were done that were not obvious to me, and ultimately made sure the end result was great looking and of high quality. Even after the project was completed (and bill was fully paid), he has followed up quickly and even come out as a couple questions about the natural stone arose. He even did additional concrete and skimmer work at no additional cost. Again, this was AFTER they were fully paid! Aaron is awesome at his job and an awesome person. Texas Outdoor Oasis has a customer for life.
I can’t say enough good things about Texas Outdoor Oasis. Let’s start with the People. Kurt Chasteen was our Sales Manager. He came out to our house, looked at the overall vibe and style of the house, listened to what features we wanted, and went to work! We visited the home office and were pleasantly surprised to get a full presentation on build expectations, company history and processes. This really gave us the confidence we needed that this was indeed the right company for us.Once we agreed on design (which was amazing) Kurt introduced us to Brandon Best, the Project Manager. He took us from there. The one quality that a PM needs to have is communication and let me tell you, he replied to every call and text regardless of the time of day or if it was a weekend. This guy has a problem, a “I’ll answer my client anytime” problem. 🙂 I tried not to bother him too much outside of normal business hours, but building a pool is a huge undertaking and sometimes questions pop into your mind on weekends and at night. He had no problem responding and communicating anytime. He was always able to get it done with patience, care and quality. He truly wanted us to be happy and we are!All of the subs were outstanding and clean for the most part. I am a part of many facebook groups and I constantly see nightmare situations with other pool builders which allowed doubt to creep in prior to starting this whole process, however, Kurt and Brandon and the rest of the crew made this process super smooth and easy.Lastly, the quality…The pool is still “curing” so we haven’t had a chance to swim in it yet, but best I can tell, everything was constructed with quality and precision. There are always some minor items that pop up in a construction project this big, the key for us was having a builder with a team that cares and communicates. They were rock solid. I hope I never have to leave this house and build another pool, but if we do, we will absolutely use Texas Outdoor Oasis.

We are so happy with our pool & jacuzzi… all thanks to Texas Outdoor Oasis. We got 4 estimates & chose Texas Outdoor Oasis for several reasons. Josh Harris listened to what we wanted & delivered! Josh Harris listened to us when we described what we wanted… a smaller pool. Josh designed our pool for us & gave us exactly what we wanted. He centered the pool to our patio as we had requested. All the other pool companies gave us what they thought we would like & didn’t center the pool & made it so much larger than we wanted. In the past we owned a home with a large pool so it was frustrating when all the other quotes gave us a larger pool. Thank you Josh for being a GREAT listener & respecting our choice to have a smaller pool. We started construction & met Brandon Best… honestly his last name sums it all up (as corny as it sounds). Brandon created a group text for my husband & me so all 3 of us would be in the loop at all times. We always knew what was going on & who was going to be on site & what was being done. The process was smooth & quick as we had our pool & jacuzzi done in 8 weeks! We are so happy with the finished project & the best part was that it was stress free. All the workers were professional & most days were there from 7:30 am to sometimes as late as 6:30 pm. I would leave for work & they were setting up to start their day & I would get home to still find a crew working. The BEST construction experience without a doubt. We just had a gabled patio installed by Texas Outdoor Oasis and we could not be more thrilled with the results. We had very high expectations when the process started and they exceeded them. From the beginning Courtney was excellent. She listened to what we wanted and helped us understand the different options. Then once the mockups started Charles and Brad were in lock step with our vision. They were there every step of the way and ensured everything we wanted was brought to fruition. The entire process was seamless. From the sales team, to the project managers, to the subcontractors, Texas Outdoor Oasis is exceptional and we highly recommend them.
We are so happy with our beautiful new patio! Charles, Jimmy and Brad are all so great at what they do. They were always easy to reach and they took any concerns I had and came up with thoughtful solutions. They really made it their priority to give us a final space that looked how we wanted. Would absolutely recommend!
We recently finished our pool/patio project with Texas Outdoor Oasis and we have nothing but the best to say about Kurt and Brandon. Very responsive and very a organized team. The entire experience from pre-build to pool start up has been fantastic.
