Administrative Team
Shaun Smith – Director of Administration
Shaun brings over 20 years of swimming pool industry experience to her role as Director of Administration. With a background as both a service manager and business owner, she has a strong grasp of operations, customer care, and team leadership. Her attention to detail, drive for excellence, and passion for the industry help keep our team organized and our projects running smoothly.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Shaun outdoors — paddle boarding, hiking, or enjoying quality time with family and friends in the sunshine.
Gloria Fay – Accounting
Gloria oversees accounting at Texas Outdoor Oasis, bringing years of office administration and customer service experience to the team. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys working out, country dancing, and spending sunny days on the lake.
Carrie Lewis – Office Administrator
Carrie is the friendly face of Texas Outdoor Oasis, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they call or visit. Whether assisting with projects or connecting clients with the right team members, she is always ready to answer any questions and help keep the office running smoothly.
Outside of work, Carrie has a passion for music, traveling, photography and nature. She is excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Sales Team
Moses Campos – Director of Sales and Marketing
As a native Texan with 11 years of experience in the outdoor living and pool industry, I have grown alongside the evolving design trends and construction standards that shape our market today. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping families across the DFW area transform their backyards into purposeful, beautifully designed extensions of their homes. That experience has not only sharpened my design expertise but has positioned me to step confidently into leadership as a Sales and Design Manager with Texas Outdoor Oasis.
I love helping homeowners create the perfect backyard retreat for cooling off during our hot Texas summers—while moving beyond the traditional “Texas-style” pool designs we’ve seen for years. My focus is on crafting modern outdoor living environments that complement the character of each neighborhood while elevating the overall aesthetic. Leadership in design means setting the tone for innovation, raising expectations, and guiding both clients and team members toward solutions that exceed the standard.
In my role as Director of Sales and Marketing, I lead from both a creative and strategic perspective. I oversee the full client journey—from initial consultation and conceptual design through contract development and collaboration with our construction team. I work to ensure that every project balances vision, budget, buildability, and long-term value. My background in both sales and design allows me to bridge creativity with practicality, helping clients feel confident not only in how their space will look, but in how it will be executed.
I believe a backyard should feel like a natural continuation of the home. By bringing interior styles and architectural elements outdoors, I aim to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. With over a decade of hands-on industry experience, I also mentor and guide designers within our team—sharing knowledge, refining processes, and elevating the overall client experience. Strong leadership means fostering collaboration, maintaining accountability, and ensuring that every design reflects both the homeowner’s vision and our company’s standards of excellence.
My goal is always to listen closely to what truly matters to my clients. Through years of experience, I’ve developed the ability to ask the right questions, uncover unspoken priorities, and offer innovative, out-of-the-box ideas grounded in real-world construction knowledge. I take pride in guiding homeowners through a thoughtful process that blends their personal style with the home’s architecture—creating a cohesive, intentional space that becomes a true extension of their lifestyle.
Working as Director of Sales and Marketing for Texas Outdoor Oasis represents the natural progression of my 11-year journey in this industry. It allows me to lead with vision, support my team’s growth, and deliver exceptional outdoor living environments where creativity and construction excellence remain equally prioritized. Today, I’m not just designing pools—I’m leading strategy, driving results, mentoring talent, and helping families confidently bring their dream backyards to life.

Casey Stanford – Sales
Casey is a Design Consultant at Texas Outdoor Oasis, where he helps transform ideas into immersive outdoor living experiences. Since joining the company in 2018, he has blended his background in Landscape Architecture with real-world craftsmanship to shape landscapes, pools, and outdoor spaces that feel both intentional and inviting. Guided by a passion for thoughtful design, quality materials, and client collaboration, Casey creates customized environments that elevate everyday living while adding lasting beauty and value to each property.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his family, is an active member of his church, and is a proud Texas Tech fan.
Jimmy Peacock – Sales
Jimmy Peacock joined Texas Outdoor Oasis in 2026, bringing nearly two decades of experience in outdoor living, landscape, construction, and client-focused design. With a background as a hands-on builder, he approaches each project with a balance of creative vision, technical knowledge, and thoughtful execution.
His design philosophy centers on creating sophisticated outdoor environments that feel like a seamless extension of the home. From custom pools and refined patios to outdoor kitchens and full backyard transformations, Jimmy focuses on clean lines, timeless materials, and layouts tailored to the way each client lives and entertains.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children. His appreciation for elevated outdoor living—quiet moments at home, hosting friends, and enjoying nature—influences his design sensibility, inspiring spaces that are elegant, intentional, and designed for lasting enjoyment.
Michael Mueller – Sales
With over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Michael Mueller has built a reputation as one of Dallas’ leading experts in custom pool design and construction. Combining a deep understanding of pool equipment, water chemistry, and hands-on maintenance with a refined design sensibility, Michael creates watershapes that are as functional as they are breathtaking.
Since 2016, Michael has specialized in designing and building over 250 custom swimming pools, transforming ordinary backyards into extraordinary outdoor living spaces. From modern, minimalist retreats to resort-style backyard escapes, his designs seamlessly blend elegance, innovation, and enduring craftsmanship.
Michael’s clients appreciate his meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to bring visions to life with precision and artistry. He believes that every pool should reflect the lifestyle and personality of its owner, delivering not just a pool, but a signature outdoor experience.
Outside of work, Michael is a devoted husband of over 15 years and proud father of three active sons, who keep him busy with football, baseball, and basketball. He enjoys bringing the same passion and energy to his family life as he does to every project he undertakes.
Ira Wilson – Sales
Ira’s career in design began the moment he picked up a crayon… and promptly started drawing on his mother’s walls. After a few “creative” masterpieces, his mom decided to limit Ira’s artistic expression to just his own room. Good thing she did, because he’s never stopped!
From those early days of “wall art” to studying stage and lighting design in college, Ira developed a unique skill set that now shapes stunning, functional outdoor spaces.
Ira’s design philosophy revolves around creating spaces that don’t just shout for attention—they invite life to unfold naturally within them. He applies his background in stage and lighting design to transform backyards into immersive environments, where every detail serves a purpose in telling a visual story. His designs aren’t just places to swim—they’re places to live, relax, and create memories.
When Ira’s not sketching out your dream pool, you can find him mixing mocktails for his friends, cooking for his family, or playing guitar at church. And yes, he’s still got a thing for walls—only now he designs them for you!
Remodel and Repair Team
Tony Smith – Director of Remodel and Repair
Tony is our Pool Renovation Specialist. He began his career in the industry as a pool equipment service technician in 1999. Now with over 20+ years of experience that includes being a factory trained service technician for multiple brands of equipment, a service manager and former business owner. He understands what it takes to provide excellent customer service and how to treat every customer’s project with an eye for excellence. He has built his reputation in the industry with honesty and integrity, building relationships with all the customers he has helped over the years with their swimming pool needs. As a family man, he spends his free time enjoying time outdoors with his family and friends. Including relaxing by a cozy fire or at the golf course enjoying time with friends.
Operations Team
Eli Brannon – Director of Operations
Eli Brannon serves as the Operations Manager at Texas Outdoor Oasis, where he oversees construction operations and ensures every project is built with precision, efficiency, and lasting quality. With a strong background in project leadership, process development, and team management, Eli focuses on streamlining operations while maintaining the craftsmanship and client care that define every Texas Outdoor Oasis project.
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Eli leads with integrity, discipline, and a hands-on approach that drives consistency and excellence across every stage of the build process. Before joining the pool and outdoor living industry, he spent several years as an underwater welder—so much time in the water, in fact, that he now prefers to vacation in the mountains.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young daughters. Whether he’s outdoors, golfing, or simply relaxing with family, Eli values the time he gets to recharge and make memories with the people who matter most.
Brandon Best – Field Training Specialist
Brandon is a Field Training Specialist at Texas Outdoor Oasis, with over 15 years of experience in the pool and outdoor living industry. He began his career with his family’s pool tile and coping company, developing a strong foundation in craftsmanship, precision, and operational excellence. Over the course of his career, Brandon has contributed to the successful completion of thousands of pool projects, ranging from standard residential designs to high-end perimeter overflow and glass tile installations.
Brandon is recognized for his strategic problem-solving, adaptability, and hands-on leadership. In his role, he is responsible for training and mentoring field teams to consistently deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and homeowner satisfaction.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking, and values time spent with his family.
Charles Bragg – Project Manager
Charles has been in the construction industry for 22 years. He has experience in both residential and commercial building. His extensive knowledge in numerous trades and willingness to face a challenge head on make him a great asset to our company. He has worked as a project manager for 11 years and takes pride in exceeding customers’ expectations when completing ventures.
Charles enjoys fishing, baseball, family gatherings and being a rodeo dad.
Shawn Garretson – Project Manager
Shawn has been building pools for 12 years. During that time, he has accumulated a vast knowledge of proper installation practices and is able to see most problems before they arise. Shawn has a passion for customer service, ensuring homeowners are involved every step of the way. In his free time, he enjoys sports, hunting and spending time with his family.
Dakota Laughlin – Project Manager
Dakota joined Texas Outdoor Oasis in 2023 to lead the social media department, where he gained valuable experience showcasing custom outdoor living projects. Spending time in the field and around builds sparked his interest in construction management, and he earned his Certified Building Professional (CBP) certification through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) to pursue this career path. That passion has led him to begin his journey as a Project Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music, skateboarding, and creating art.
Courtney Daugherty – Project Development Coordinator
Courtney graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agriculture, but her true passion has always been rooted in plants, creativity, and design. During her time at A&M, she sought out additional opportunities to grow her expertise, enrolling in courses in horticulture and floral design that allowed her to blend technical knowledge with artistic vision.
Courtney began her design career with Texas Outdoor Oasis in 2015, quickly earning a reputation for her attention to detail and innovative ideas. Through hard work and dedication, she advanced to a lead design role, helping clients bring their dream outdoor spaces to life. After 10 years with the company, she has grown into the role of Project Development Coordinator, serving as the bridge between the design and project management teams to ensure each backyard is built with precision and in full compliance with local regulations.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, trail riding through the mountains of east Tennessee and expressing her creativity through various crafts. Her background in agriculture and love for creativity continue to shape her practical, detail-oriented approach to project development, making her an invaluable part of the Texas Outdoor Oasis team.
Hayden Raney – Field Support
Hayden is part of our Field Support team, helping keep projects running smoothly and efficiently on-site. He enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in making sure the details are handled the right way. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys hunting, fishing, and working on just about anything that needs fixing.
Mascot
Lucy Laughlin – Mascot
Lucy has been Texas Outdoor Oasis’s mascot since 2020. She enjoys greeting customers and bringing a smile to everyone’s face.
